Bellway Homes have proposed new plans for a development of an additional 130 houses behind their existing housing development on the Moreton Road.

The County Highways Authority have recommended refusal of the proposed development because in their words:

“It has not been adequately demonstrated that the movements produced by the proposed development can be accommodated safely and without causing unacceptable traffic congestion at the roundabout junctions of Bridge Street/West Street/Market Square and Moreton Road/Stratford Road/Market Square within Buckingham Town Centre.”
