On 20th February the AVDC Strategic Development Management Committee (SDMC) approved the plans to build 170 houses in Maids Moreton.  To everyone in the village, the size and nature of the development is a nonsense. AVDC Strategic Development Management Committee approve plan to build 170 houses in Maids Moreton

Despite objections from the Parish Council, Warren Whyte, our District Councillor and numerous members of the public, on 20th February the AVDC Strategic Development Management Committee (SDMC) approved the plans to build 170 houses in Maids Moreton.  The approval is subject to all the S106 contributions and conditions being agreed with the developer.
